We need a Dynamic Duo who will take on the position of running our small business located just 4 miles from Yellowstone National Park.

Come spend your days off exploring Yellowstone National Park, Back Country Skiing or Snowboarding or Snowmobiling or Wildlife Watching.

This position is for 2 people.  We are a family business and we ask that our couple be nonsmoking/vaping and no heavy drinking or Marijuana use. No Children or Pets Allowed.  No Singles and No Families.

Couple must be physically able to make beds, do laundry, and be in good health overall.  This is a PHYSICAL job with steps.

We are looking for a couple that is honest, energetic, hardworking, business minded, very outgoing, friendly and can handle any situation that may arise in a calm manner.  You must pay close attention to detail, not to mention CLEANLINESS.  We pride ourselves on CLEANLINESS and have maintained superior customer reviews.   It will require BOTH to do housekeeping.  Daily laundry and outside work (shoveling snow from sidewalks daily and roofs when needed) and check ins can be done by one or both.   Office will be managed by only 1 employee.

Must be willing to CLEAN ROOMS DAILY and adhere to cleaning procedures.  You must make sure rooms are turned prior to the 3 PM check-in time.  You will be responsible for all LAUNDRY DAILY.  You will be required to manage the office and take guest reservations by Phone, Online, and Walk In with a professional and courteous manner.  You will greet customers in a friendly manner, Check Guests In/Out of rooms and take credit card payments.  Proficiency with computers, email, and internet a MUST.  Experience with Resnexus Reservation system, Booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo a PLUS.  

The 2-person team will be living and working together on the premises 24/7. Office hours are 8-8 PM daily and we have a process for late check-ins.

Couple will live free of charge onsite in our 2011 nonsmoking, completely furnished 2-bedroom 2- bathroom house with all utilities/wifi//cable paid in addition to your salary.  Time off will be an alternating schedule of working 5 days one week and 6 the next week.  You will work weekends and Holidays.  Compensation includes base salary of $2500/month.

We are looking for a start date of December 1, 2025.  This job will be available through March 16th 2026.  For the right couple this job could be year-round.  Only serious, trustworthy, and stable couples need apply.

Sunridge 2 is seeking a responsible caring married couple to job share with an existing couple, 7 days on and 7 days off, for a maximum of four men who reside in their home. The private home is located just outside the quaint college town of Ellensburg, 1.5 hours east from Seattle. The home is specifically designed to promote independent living for four men with developmental disabilities and utilizes various smart-home technologies designed to support them.

 

The care philosophy of the home is to encourage positive reinforcement with respect to each resident. Our houseparents are responsible for overseeing the residents established daily routines and caring for the home. We strive to integrate all the typical daily opportunities experienced by individuals into a unifying whole, so that these men’s lives are truly as rich and fulfilling as possible.  The home is constructed on a large land parcel and features expansive living spaces with beautiful views.

 

Position Compensation starting at:

Salary per couple is $87,000/year based on four residents in the house + $1,000/month for off-duty housing.

Regular wage increases based on hours worked along with a comprehensive benefit package including high-quality health insurance, PTO, etc.

Housing, utilities, and food are provided as well as a house SUV to drive when on-duty.

Limited relocation assistance and paid training provided.

 

Work Schedule:

Houseparents operate on a “7 days on duty and 7 days off duty” rotation.

During their 7 days on duty, the houseparents will reside in the master suite in the main house. The main bedroom is “flipped” like a hotel room between rotating couples.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent; experience working with developmentally disabled individuals preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Must complete the requirements to become an Individual Provider (IP) with Consumer Direct Care Network Washington (CDWA). CDWA will process background checks and all employment hiring documents. Based on this information they determine if you are eligible to become an employee of CDWA and can provide services to our residents.

Caregivers need to be physically and mentally capable of implementing each resident’s care plan which can include daily medications, personal hygiene care, behavioral support, meal planning and cooking, housework, light yard maintenance, etc. This home is a non-smoking environment.

Must be reliable, flexible, and passionate about enriching the lives of those with developmental disabilities and have the ability to work in a team environment.

U-Stor Self Storage is one of the best storage facilities in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Sizes vary from 5x5 to 10x30. We are looking for a manager and assistant manager retired couple to live on site at the property. Applicants are required to live on the property and should have experience in sales, marketing, bookkeeping, minor computer skills, and maintenance. We are looking for a very friendly, enthusiastic couple that will be able to meet the public well and be able to fill up the vacant units. Friendly, outgoing personality will be a big factor in our decision. We will need an independent person that is good at meeting people and will take initiative to make acquaintances throughout the community. The manager and assistant manager will work as a team to cover the office hours (Monday through Saturday 10-6) and to clean and take care of the property. There will be some light maintenance which will include cleaning units, repairing drywall, picking up trash, etc. We are looking for a long term, stable arrangement.

The property is very nice and comes with a 2-bedroom 1-bath apartment that includes all utilities and appliances. One small pet is okay, however, there is a $500.00 pet deposit.

Duties and responsibilities of the Storage Manager and Assistant Manager

 

Leasing units

Marketing nearby businesses, houses, apartments

Give “Knock your socks off” customer service

Collections and Delinquencies

Light maintenance – repairing drywall, picking up trash, cleaning units, etc.

Arrange and schedule marketing

Answer phone calls and convert them into visits to the property.

Make community connections and contacts

Promote Referral program

Cover the office hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM – Monday through Saturday

Amenities

- Apartment – 2-bedroom 1-bath apartment approx. 1000 square feet in size. Office is attached to the apartment. All appliances are furnished in the apartment including washer and dryer. Attached one car garage.

- Gas allowance – Due to making daily bank deposits, we provide a gas allowance of $100.00 per month.

- Electric, water, trash are included.

- Holidays are paid. These holidays included are Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.

- Two days off a week/If we have the coverage

- No commute time.

Salary Package and Benefits:

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $60,000 to $70,000 per year to start (depending on the cost of living in the area where are placed) for our Assistant Management Team. However, each person will be paid their own individually portion of the aforementioned salary.

Accommodation:
As this is a live-in position, the accommodation provided is a one bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with washer and dryer in the unit. In addition to the apartment benefit, the Assistant Managers are also provided with all utilities paid including basic cable, unlimited parking, and as well as all meals included. In addition, we offer relocation assistance and encourage all applicants who are open to relocation, to apply.

Schedule:

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of the business and property.  Specific duties include:

  • Guest services- deliver impeccable customer service to all guests in person, via phone, and email.
    • The candidate must be culturally comfortable with the property's location, history, and core values.
    • Respond as quickly as possible to all guest inquiries via phone or email for overnight accommodations, encouraging guests to make reservations.
    • Handle check-ins and checkout per established procedures.
    • Respond to the guests' needs during their stay, such as inn information, visitor information, directions, making dinner reservations, providing beverages, room amenities, and any other request within reason.
  • Marketing and sales
    • Provide input to annual and quarterly marketing initiatives.
    • Responsible for all Social media outlets
    • Google optimization experience a plus
  • Operations
    • Food/beverage – shopping, food prep, and breakfast service.
    • Order and manage a complete inventory for the operation
    • Manage daily property operations, including manage guest room cleaning by housekeepers, laundry.
    • Property/facility maintenance – provide ongoing preventative maintenance services.
    • Groundskeeping
    • Assume the role of Inn spokesperson in the absence of the owners and all emergencies.
    • Comply with all Illinois Liquor Control Board rules and regulations as they might apply to this property.

 

  • Financials
    • Understand and work toward achieving all business objectives created by the owners and reviewed every month.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly operations reports.

 

Compensation Package includes the following:

 

  • Compensation – is based on the level of experience and includes full-time employment year-round.

 

  • Incentives – an incentive plan will be established the first 30 days based on mutually established benchmarks for marketing, increased revenue, overall profitability, guest satisfaction, and meeting overall objectives established with the owners.

 

  • Housing – the Owner shall provide housing in a designated area of the property with all utilities (electricity, water, garbage, internet) included. The Innkeeper(s) shall obtain a renter's insurance policy and provide all food and alcohol for personal consumption and maintain the property in acceptable condition. The Innkeeper(s) will not keep pets unless approved in advance by the owners. A written agreement will confirm if a pet is approved.

 

  • Equipment – a computer, printer/scanner, and mobile phone will be provided for business use during employment.
