In search of a Husband/Wife team to manage 55+ 4 star mobile home resort community with seasonal RV business in Tucson. (300+ spaces). We strive to maintain good relations with our residents, and to provide a clean well-maintained property for them. The position requires dedication to maintain a successfully established, well organized business. Looking to employ two-person team with strong work ethics, a positive attitude, energetic, self-motivated, systems oriented with strong customer service capabilities and attention to detail. Prior property management experience or any type of customer service related job dealing with seniors is a plus. You should have basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, eMail).

One person for office management. Duties includng rent collections, record keeping, customer service, rule enforcement, filing, home sales, etc. Must be computer literate. One person for Maintenance Manager. Skills needed are carpentry, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, general community upkeep and rule enforcement. These are working manager positions. This is a long term not a seasonal position.

Job duties for management aspect include experience in a general office with strong communication and marketing skills, attention to detail, computer skills, collecting rents and making deposits, processing monthly reports, enforcing rules and regulations, issuing rule violation notices when necessary, screening prospective residents and processing new resident paperwork. Landscaping, maintenance, and mobile home remodeling is a part of this position.
