The successful candidate couple must have a passion for serving older adults with proven customer service and strong management/supervisory skills to assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of our retirement community. We offer a competitive salary starting at $60,000 to $70,000 per year depending on location. Minimum Job Qualifications and Requirements:
• Be able to work as part of a team with the Managers and the Chef to provide a great living environment for our residents and a safe and motivating work atmosphere for our staff. To support the Managers in the day-to-day operations of the Community.
• Willingness and ability to live on-site in an assigned apartment.
• Prior management experience including operational and financial experience in managing employees, customer service, purchasing, payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
• Ability to keep all business, operational and resident information confidential.

HCI is a national provider of occupational health services to corporations across the United States. HCI provides a critical service to ensure the health and safety of our clients and their employees while complying with OSHA regulations. Our core services include audiometric and respiratory screening services via our field technicians and fleet of mobile units. We are looking for couples or partners interested in traveling and working together to provide health screenings at various industrial locations across the USA.

Requirements include:

  • Must be willing and able to travel 100%, including weekends.
    • 340+ days OTR per year for full-time.
    • 270+ days for the 9 consecutive month seasonal agreement or 3 /1 quarterly agreement
  • Both team members must be competent in basic technical skills such as computer skills, internet, email etc.
  • (CDL Driver & Helper Teams) Must be physically fit - Need ability to climb in and out of work vehicles, walk to and from work sites, climb stairs, carry and load and set up equipment and cables/power cords, bend and stoop, sit and stand for long periods.
  • (Standard License Teams) Must be physically fit – this is a HIGHLY physical team role. Must be able to lift heavy equipment (30-75 lbs) in and out of work vehicles and carry/drag equipment to and from work sites on a daily basis, climb in and out of work vehicles, bend and stoop, walk to and from work sites and up and down stairs, and sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working without direct supervision.
  • Must have clean driving records and be able to pass background checks.
    • CDL Drivers need current licenses and updated medical cards - CDL helpers also need clean driving records for insurance purposes.
  • Must complete approx. 6 weeks of training and certification (PAID training provided).
  • Must be USA citizens.
  • ***Due to weekly flat rate per diem, technicians MUST have their own personal credit cards with enough balance to book their room and board through first 7-10 days of employment and smaller general expenses while in the field. Per diem is direct deposited every week, but it is paid in arrears after the first week of employment.

 

HCI provides:

Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Salary:

Accommodation:
As this is a live-in position, the accommodation provided is a one bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with washer and dryer in the unit. In addition to the apartment benefit, the Assistant Managers are also provided with all utilities paid including basic cable, unlimited parking, and as well as all meals included. In addition, we offer relocation assistance and encourage all applicants who are open to relocation, to apply.
