Sweetwater River Resort is seeking a friendly, hardworking Camp Host/Reservationist to manage our cozy riverside retreat nestled along Hwy 50 in the stunning Bighorn Canyon. Surrounded by world-class fishing, hiking, mountain biking, 4-wheeling, and whitewater adventures, this is the perfect opportunity for a single or couple who loves the outdoors and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a 4-room motel, RV sites, and tent sites
• Handle guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and retail transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of units, grounds, and facilities
• Manage bookings, payments, and provide top-notch customer service
• Support activity coordination and guest engagement

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, GDrive and Gmail)
• Familiarity with reservation system, social media and marketing platforms
• Ability to perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Calm under pressure and in fast-paced environments
• Minimum 2 years of management and customer service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• No smoking or marijuana use permitted
