Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage day-to-day operations of the facility by being organized, efficient and professional at all times
Attention to detail, such as follow written instructions in the Site Operations Manual
Maintain an exceptionally clean facility, including outside maintenance
Greet customers and others in a professional manner
Show, rent and clean units
Perform market surveys
Answer the telephone in a professional manner
Make collection calls and process liens to late tenants
Perform daily lock check and patrol facility on a continual basis daily
Communicate facility issues with Corporate Office in timely manner
Clean public restroom and stock with supplies as needed
Clean facility, including sweeping, picking up trash and cigarette butts, using the blower, mop, etc.
Rent trucks, move trucks, clean trucks, maintain trucks
Job Requirements:
Must be able to enthusiastically sell company products and services in person and on the telephone
Team Must be able to split and work multiple locations if emergency arises (we compensate for gas expenses)
Must be willing to work any day, including weekends.
Must pass a detailed background check including a DMV check
Must be proficient in MS Windows
Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8 hours per day
Must be able to lift 25 lbs
Wear company required uniform and abide by company dress code at all times

Light maintenance work includes: apartment maintenance, hanging pictures, setting up tvs, changing light bulbs, batteries etc as needed, Monitor and maintain pool and chemicals as needed, Coordinating with maintenance staff for larger maintenance projects.
Some bus driving required. We have two community busses, one of which requires a CDL drivers license ( CDL w/pass endorsement req)

The House Parents’ responsibilities include:
Direct Care and Supervision:
Provide consistent supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the assigned cabin.
Implement daily routines and schedules, including wake-up, meals, homework time, chores, recreational activities, and bedtime.
Provide individual and group guidance to children, fostering positive social interactions and life skills development.
Manage behavior according to established policies and procedures, using positive reinforcement and appropriate disciplinary techniques.
Accompany children to appointments (medical, dental, etc.) as needed.
Administer medications according to established protocols
