The Rio Grande, a senior housing company for active seniors, is now hiring for a Management two person team.
The successful candidate team must have previous senior living industry experience to be considered.
The successful candidate team must consist of two qualified candidates who have a passion for working with seniors. Also, a proven customer service background and strong management/supervisory experience is necessary to assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of our retirement communities.
Salary Package and Benefits:
At The Rio Grande we have a very attractive salary package for our Manager teams. The salary package is broken down into the following categories:

Accommodation:
As this is a live-in position, the accommodation provided is an apartment with washer and dryer in the unit. In addition to the apartment benefit, the Managers are also provided with all utilities paid including basic cable, unlimited parking, and as well as all meals included. In addition, we offer relocation assistance and encourage all applicants who are open to relocation, to apply.

Schedule:

Overall Job Purpose:
Our Managers will work hand in hand with the Assistant Managers as a team to ensure that we obtain and hold 100% resident happiness, 100% financial occupancy, 100% on budget, along with a 100% trained and motivated staff.
Minimum Job Qualifications and Requirements:
·Be able to work as part of a team with the Assistant Managers and the Executive Chef to provide a great living environment for our residents and a safe and motivating work atmosphere for our staff.
·Support day-to-day operations of the Community.
·Willingness and ability to live on-site in an assigned apartment.
·Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
·Ability to keep all business, operational, and resident information confidential.

Scrubs on Wheels, headquartered in Elkhart, Indiana, is a dynamic and expanding company dedicated to supplying high-quality scrubs and medical wear to healthcare professionals nationwide. With a fleet of mobile retail stores spanning the United States and brick-and-mortar retail locations in Northern Indiana, we are committed to providing exceptional service and premium products to the medical community.
As a Mobile Scrubs Store Sales Manager at Scrubs on Wheels, you will be the face of the company, traveling across the sales area, conducting sales in our mobile uniform store at facilities such as nursing homes and hospitals. Providing excellent customer service and keeping a professional and clean mobile store will be paramount to your success. Sales take place on site at the facility inside of our mobile retail store.
We provide each Mobile Scrubs Store Sales Manager with a 38-foot gooseneck trailer that is pulled with a company-provided one ton Dually. Each mobile store is equipped with heat & air that utilizes a generator.
A typical work week consists of 8 to 10 sales events within the sales area. Typically, sales events are conducted twice a day Monday – Friday. Sales times can vary depending upon size of facility and are usually 2-4 hours each.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires traveling for up to five days at a time, staying in comfortable hotels. Company pays for fuel and hotel as well as a daily meal stipend.
Clean driving history and ability to obtain DOT physical card and Class A CDL.
Overnight travel 3-4 days a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Travel across the sales area, conducting sales in our mobile uniform store.
Receive inventory, stock, clean and maintain clean professional mobile store.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to achieve sales goals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the region.
This position requires traveling for 3-4 days a week overnight. The company pays for fuel and hotels costs as well as offering a daily meal stipend.
Drivers are required to maintain hours of service logs as required by FMCSA.
Plan and optimize driving routes for efficient sales visits.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a regional or territory management role.
Experience in account management and maintaining an elevated level of customer satisfaction.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
Excellent sense of direction and the ability to take and follow directions.
Class A CDL – We are willing to provide training to the right candidate.
A clean, verifiable driving record for commercial purposes.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working without direct supervision.
Competent in basic technical skills such as computer skills, internet, email etc.
Possess the physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
SKILLS

The Ouray Inn is searching for a special two person team to name as InnKeepers of this cozy property. This is a live-in position. You will live onsite in a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom furnished apartment. We are looking for applicants who are able to start working on or before June 1st.
The day starts around 7am to prepare for breakfast at 7:30. Mornings are busy with breakfast, getting the housekeepers started on their day and check-outs. Occasionally, you would be required to help with housekeeping but most of the time our stellar housekeeping staff is on top of things. Only on especially busy days would you be needed to help clean rooms. Generally there is the opportunity for a break from about 10:30am until the early afternoon. Some daily tasks include yard and garden care or snow removal and general maintenance. Check-ins begin at 3 and we host a daily happy hour from 4:30-6. By 8pm we are wrapping things up and putting out keys for our late arrivals. After hours duties are rare, but you would need to be available to guests in case of emergencies.
The owners live in a neighboring town will be hands-on with the operation of the hotel. They are available for help one day per week so that the innkeepers can enjoy all that living in Ouray has to offer. They are also happy to help in case of emergencies or unexpected situations.
Compensation includes a salary DOE, furnished apartment, and all utilities. Two weeks paid vacation (One week in the on-season, one week in the off-season) Additional unpaid vacation is negotiable.
Applicants should be prepared to work most holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Serve as resident onsite manager of guest relationships and experiences including but not limited to check-in/check-out, special requests, advanced inspection of guest accommodations and common areas
• Respond to phone calls, and guest needs during off-hours and overnight
• Maintain safe, clean and attractive grounds outside of Inn buildings
• Work with the Owner to develop goals and initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and recognition
• Maintain active maintenance and repair inventory/schedule throughout the year
• Use off-season to address major maintenance, cleaning and repairs to keep the Inn fresh and accommodating
• Duties and assignments to assist other areas of the Inn as needed
• Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to facility's policies and procedures
• Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services, and resolve occupants' complaints
• Assign duties to workers, and schedule shifts
• Requires ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, as well as the physical exertion needed to properly change bedding and perform heavy housekeeping
• Show, rent, or assign accommodations
• Purchase supplies, and arrange for outside services, such as deliveries, laundry, maintenance and repair, and trash collection
• Provide assistance to staff members by inspecting rooms, or performing other tasks relevant to ongoing daily operations
• Perform marketing and public relations activities
• Preparation of daily breakfast and afternoon happy hour.
