We are seeking a reliable, hands-on couple to live onsite and to oversee a large property located on a gorgeous 10-acre gated estate in Northeast Oklahoma City, plus overflow farm duties on a adjoining farm. The property includes a 5-bedroom home, pool, outdoor kitchen, and well-maintained landscaping.

Position Overview:

This is a live-in caretaker opportunity ideal for a couple with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in property upkeep. An on-site efficiency apartment and utilities are provided, and other monetary payment will depend on capabilities and final negotiated agreement. This is only for two people as there is no room for a third person. The pictures show the apartment and one aerial picture of the entire property to be managed.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the property’s rental bookings
• Routine cleaning and laundry
• Lawn care, landscaping, light maintenance and farm duties
• The pool is contracted so no obligation there

Ideal Candidates:

• One member must read and write English and have basic computer skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy
• Physically capable and experienced for landscape and farmwork
• Comfortable with guest interaction and hospitality
• Must pass background check and provide references
• No children or pets

Compensation:

• Housing provided (private efficiency apartment)
• Monthly stipend based on experience and availability
• Utilities included

We are looking for a property management team for a large self-storage facility in Woodland, CA.  Note: This position is for two full-time positions to be filled by a team of two applicants who reside jointly on site.

Job responsibilities include collecting rent, interacting with tenants, enforcing self-storage yard rules and regulations, and minor maintenance of facility.  Off-site marketing of the facility is expected.  Applicants should have excellent "people skills" and a very professional manner in dealing with people.  Spanish language fluency a plus.

- Prior experience in hotels, motels, or guest reception roles is strongly preferred.
Maintenance & Grounds (Partner 2)
- Operate a Bobcat/skid steer for property maintenance (must be confident and experienced).
- Maintain trails, firewood, outdoor features, basic repairs, and infrastructure upkeep.
- Spend most of the day outdoors, comfortable in all weather and terrain.
- Knowledge of local trees, plants, and animals is a big plus – guests often ask!
Joint Responsibilities
- Clean and reset cabins after guest stays.
- Maintain a high level of property presentation and cleanliness.
- Care for the land with respect for the natural ecosystem and wildlife.
- Communicate regularly with the owners and help improve systems.
