Position Overview:

An on-site efficiency apartment and utilities are provided, and other monetary payment will depend on capabilities and final negotiated agreement. This is only for two people as there is no room for a third person. The pictures show the apartment and one aerial picture of the entire property to be managed.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the property’s rental bookings
• Routine cleaning and laundry
• Lawn care, landscaping, light maintenance and farm duties
• The pool is contracted so no obligation there

Ideal Candidates:

• One member must read and write English and have basic computer skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy
• Physically capable and experienced for landscape and farmwork
• Comfortable with guest interaction and hospitality
• Must pass background check and provide references
• No children or pets

- Spend most of the day outdoors, comfortable in all weather and terrain.
- Knowledge of local trees, plants, and animals is a big plus – guests often ask!
Joint Responsibilities
- Clean and reset cabins after guest stays.
- Maintain a high level of property presentation and cleanliness.
- Care for the land with respect for the natural ecosystem and wildlife.
- Communicate regularly with the owners and help improve systems.
