Our client is seeking strong management couples for its 35 Canadian independent-living retirement facilities.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a multi-million dollar facility, as well as the happiness of our senior residents.
This role is a great fit for building superintendents, bed and breakfast owners, resort managers, and hoteliers.
This is a two-person role, and is ideal for friends, couples, siblings, etc We are especially interested in those willing to relocate to Saskatchewan or Manitoba.

UPMC Senior Communities has a unique opportunity for a couple to work together as Assistant Resident Managers for Hampton Fields Village, a retirement community located in Hampton Twp, PA (Allison Park). The Assistant Resident Managers will to manage all aspects of the operation of the facility, coordinating all programs and work between the various departments. The work hours for this position are 7 days on and then 7 days off (rotating with the other management couple) 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and be on call for emergencies from 7:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Apartment provided to you on-site for the couple to live in. You will work as a two person, co-management team (couples only will be considered for the position). Both members of the couple must apply.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Property management, real estate and/or hospitality industry experience preferred
- Long term care experience preferred
- Experience working with geriatric community preferred
- The Assistant Resident Manager applicants must be a couple to be considered

Property Management Couple - Pennsylvania
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are looking for management teams of two people (in a relationship, friends, siblings, business partners) to live on-site and manage our retirement living facilities.
In this role, you will manage a staff of about 20, promote and market the facility, and see to the day-to-day business operations (including bookkeeping, purchasing, payroll, and scheduling).
We pay all of your living expenses, including an apartment, and three chef-prepared meals per day. We have a base salary, bonuses, and a health benefits plan.
