Festival Cafe Cook Couple - Dixon, MO

Missouri Festival Park is located in Dixon, MO, Home of the longest running Bluegrass Festival west of ole Miss. and many more events. We have 300 grassy 30amp & water RV spaces and and 7 full hook-ups. The amenities on our 37-acre Music Fest RV Park includes activities like themed festivals, concerts, RV and Bus Rallies and much much more.  We are looking for outgoing, friendly couples to provide 20-25 hours each per week and will pay for extra hours assisting in the operation of the Festival Cafe include cafe operation, public relations, cleaning, answering phones, Cooking Festival Foods for 1 to 1,500, taking orders, beer and wine, to name a few. Must work as a team.
We are looking for the time of April 1st through September 30th-ish and indef for the right couple. We will provide a full hook up (electric, water and sewer) lot is provided, plus access to all shows and performers(Green Room). Comp'ed meals when we are cooking. Not to include beer and wine.

Domestic Couple Live-In - Stamford Connecticut

Looking for an experienced couple with solid references. This is a combination full time position for the Lady and a part time 4 month (may-September) position, for the Gentleman. The couple must be willing to live on the property year round.The gentleman is free to find another position from September on and return the following year to start his summer position in May. The lady must be an excellent housekeeper/laundress and a very good cook. The gentleman will be responsible for light maintenance on outside property, assist the lady in the house, do some Bar-b-queing, (outdoor kitchen by pool area),and help with serving. Both must drive, a car is provided and can be used for personal use for local driving on days off. The owners (husband and wife),also own property in New York City and Florida and therefore spend most of their time on long weekends in Stamford Ct, during the summer months.Couple will have their own separate cottage (kitchen,bedroom,bathroom),on the property. On-Site RV Park Managers - Austin, TX

We are a small (30 spaces) RV park northeast of Austin, TX in need of an on-site manager. Basic duties include: meeting and greeting potential tenants driving through park, passing out tenant electric bills monthly, collecting rents on the first of each month, enforcing rules and regulations, assisting new monthly tenants or overnight guests in getting into a space, completing appropriate paperwork and collecting monies due. The landscape and property maintenance is outsourced. All phone calls and office work are handled off site. The compensation at this time consists of your monthly space rent and a $100/month utility allowance. Ultimately, I am seeking a long term arrangement that would allow for the phone and office work being handled by the on-site manager which would then include a salary.
