The successful applicants will work with the manager of food and accommodation services. There is a wide range of duties that come with this position but for the initial month it will focus on housekeeping club owned and member owned camps after a winter of being closed up. When the fishing season opens on May 12 the position entails housekeeping as well as kitchen food prep and dining room service. The position is for a minimum of 2 months, the main fishing season, and beyond that will be dependent on bookings for the summer months.
Required skills and attributes: Comfortable with computer work, must have the Canadian Pleasure Craft Operators Certificate, must be able to work independently. Applicants need to be physically fit as the work entails bending, lifting, standing, etc.
Meals and accommodation as well as wifi internet and limited telephone are provided. Accommodation is in a private cabin with shower and toilet.

The Property/Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintenance of community buildings, equipment, pool, electronic entry and exit gates and landscaping of common areas. Duties include lawn mowing, trimming trees and shrubs; developing Statement of Work for contractor projects, conducting lot inspections to ensure property is maintain and safety requirements are met. Read and record water meters every month and ensure they are working properly. The Maintenance Manager must be willing to work alongside the maintenance staff of 3 employees as well as be able to supervise them in maintaining community standards. Enforce community rules and follow all applicable safety measures. Able to prioritize work and budget for maintenance needs is essential. Coordinate with Sales Staff on new home sites. Responsible for measuring lots and coordinating delivery of new homes. Oversee all aspects of the community.
Skills needed: General computer skills, light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, landscaping, irrigation, operate heavy equipment, simple automotive maintenance. Must have a valid Driver’s License.
The Community Manager is responsible for the review, screening and approval of all potential residents, billing and rent collection, eviction process, conducting lease signing and explanation of community rules, maintaining and organization of resident files, input water readings into computer, developing and mailing of monthly rent statements, oversight of RV storage lot and record keeping of all petty cash expenditures. Develop monthly newsletter that promotes community news and activities. Coordinate resident activities such as Senior Luncheons, Bingo, Youth activities, and other activities that promote positive resident relations. Maintains Rental Management program to ensure entries are posted promptly. Maintain a working knowledge of all applicable regulations and laws pertaining to management of a manufacture home community. Work professionally and respectfully with co-workers, contractors, sales staff and residents. Must maintain a high level of confidentially in connection with resident files.
Skills needed: Good communication skills, proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Word, Excel and Quick Books, excellent organizational, procedural, and customer service skills.
A minimum of 2 years managing and leading others including a track record of successful communication, budgeting, negotiating (contracts and agreements), scheduling and staffing. The Management Team will be trained on community rules and company procedures. Pay will be determined on experience.
