Chesapeake Resources, Inc., a self storage management company operating storage facilities in Maryland and Northern Virginia, is currently accepting applications for a two person, resident Property Manager team to oversee a challenging location in the Baltimore-Washington area.

Successful applicants for this position must have two team members applying together, and must have strong customer service or sales skills with combination of experience in a retail, customer service, leasing, administrative office environment or building/grounds maintenance. Teams must be organized and able to work independently. This opening includes the responsibilities of leasing storage units, selling boxes and packing supplies, answering telephone calls, making collections calls, collecting rent, maintaining accurate records, maintaining the physical building and grounds, and overseeing one part-time assistant. The hours of the position are daytime hours and include weekend hours, working Thursday-Monday  from the business hours indicated below.  Both members of team must be comfortable using a computer and working with customers.  Applicants must have a vehicle.

Business hours for this location are:
9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
9:00 a..m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday
10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Sunday

Compensation package includes: wage, residence in on-site apartment (rent and utilities paid as part of compensation), benefits and incentives.  Salary is dependent on experience and property size.

Work Camper/ Festival Hosts - Dixon, MO

Missouri Festival Park is located in Dixon, MO, Home of the longest running Bluegrass Festival west of ole Miss. We have 300 grassy 30amp & water RV spaces and and 7 full hook-ups. The amenities on our 37-acre Music Fest RV Park includes activities like themed festivals, concerts, RV and Bus Rallies and much much more.  We are looking for outgoing, friendly couples to provide 20-25 hours each per week assisting in the operation of the Resort.Duties include grounds keeping, store operation, public relations, cleaning, answering phones, checking people in, taking reservations, restaurant staffing to name a few. Must work as a team.
We are looking for the time of April 1st through September 30th-ish and one couple to stay for the winter months. We will provide a full hook up (electric, water and sewer) lot is provided, plus access to all shows and performers(Green Room). Comp'ed meals when we are cooking for the groups and 1/2 off any other time at the restaurant and snack shack.

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Innkeeper Couple - North of Santa Fe, NM

We are seeking a responsible couple to manage a beautiful country inn located an hour north of Santa Fe with 26 casitas, restaurant, gift shop and art gallery.  The ideal candidates will have a strong proven track record of achieving expected financial results, providing a great guest experience and developing a great professional staff.

Previous hospitality management experience is required.  Preference will go to those who have a strong sales and marketing background.  A great personality and strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.

You would be responsible for the overall successful operation of the inn, which includes sales generation, restaurant, banquets, gift shop, art gallery, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.  Some specific tasks include making sales calls to build revenues, implementing marketing and promotional programs, assuring well-maintained grounds and buildings, hiring great staff, ongoing staff training, and regularly working at the front desk, gift shop and restaurant.

The main season is May – October, which requires long working hours.  Vacation may only be taken from November through April.

Echo Canyon Campground, Canon City, CO is looking for two couples to work 24 hours per week, per couple (12 hours per person) in exchange for a full hook-up (water, electric, sewer) site.  Duties will include cleaning, maintenance, grounds maintenance, office and general duties.  Couples need to be reliable, energetic and have outstanding customer service skills.  Outside duties require a physically fit person who is capable of assisting with mowing, weed eating, firewood bundling and other campground duties.  Positions are available April – September.
