The duties include turning or making ready 6 mobile homes and 30 travel trailers. Homes need to be cleaned from top to bottom, laundry done, beds made, kitchen items unpacked and made ready for the upcoming guests. Rentals turn usually in 1 to 3 month intervals. Cleaning of bathrooms, showers and clubhouse on a daily basis. Monday-Friday with flexible schedule.. Compensation is full hook-up including electric, propane and laundry.. Office Duties require good customer service skills, basic accounting knowledge, good communication and social skills. Outside duties include landscaping, pool/spa upkeep, cleaning of bathrooms, showers and clubhouse. Work 25 hours each per week. Prior on-site property management experience a plus.

Thunder Bay is located on Bull Shoals Lake in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri. We are rural and about 1 hour from Branson, Mo or Mt Home, AR.  There is alot to offer in our area and the lake has every sport on, in or under the water.  You can check us out on our web site and contact us with any questions.  We are looking for a couple that can get along with our guest sand work well with others. 

Duties are cleaning cabins and house, {as needed}, laundry and grounds work  { cleaning pool, trash, weed eating, mowing} .  General up keep of cabins and grounds.  Some office but not much. Duties are split with another couple.

For: 30 hours total for FHU site, WiFi hot spots & laundry.   Must be willing to have background check.
