Sedona Arizona Live-in Manager Couple

A small independent motel property is seeking a mature professional couple with no children to manage and reside on site in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. Ideal couple needs to have complementary skills which include 2+ years of hospitality and supervisory experience with a strong work ethic, ability to work independently and a steadfast sense of humor. 

Responsibilities include 5 front desk shifts per week, hands-on management of 7 staff members, basic maintenance of property grounds, pool and rooms. Customer service, computer and light accounting skills and general maintenance abilities are a must. Bilingual and marketing expertise a plus but not necessary.

Compensation includes 2 bedroom on-premise apartment, with incredible red rock views, all utilities including cable and Wi-Fi, salary, nice owners, 2 weeks paid vacation and bonuses for revenue and occupancy impact. Salary will depend on skillset and experience of the couple, and on agreed-upon work schedule. This is full time employment for 2 people with a “can-do” attitude with odd hours while living in the desirable red rock country of Sedona.

Position Requires:

Oversight and management of all aspects of the motel and rental business

Ability to sell rooms and process guest reservations (training provided)

Hiring and supervising housekeepers

Creativity and ability to market the business

Ability to use a computer

Recordkeeping skills

One person must be able to perform general maintenance and grounds keeping

Requires living on site in a 2 BR apartment ,  no dogs are permitted.
