Seeking Resort Managers! Keith Management is looking to add a couple to our Apache Junction, Arizona, resort team. Shiprock RV Resort is a 55-plus, 5-star, gated community with lots of amenities and activities. We are seeking a couple for year-round manager position for this RV/park model community with 120 spaces.  

One person’s duties include working directly with park residents by providing exceptional customer service, making bank deposits, using Word, Excel, making reservations, completing rental agreements, and general office work. The other person’s duties include managing park facilities, keeping the common area and streets cleaned, and completing maintenance in the community, such as light electrical, plumbing, and landscaping.

This is a working manager's position and is offset with in-season maintenance assistance. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am-4 pm (1-hour lunch), and managers will need to be on-call for resort emergencies.

Benefits include a combined salary of $3,000 and a doublewide home, paid utilities, and paid vacation. Approximate start date is July 2025. Experience with MHP or apartment managing is preferred.

• Be able to work as part of a team with the Managers and the Chef to provide a great living environment for our residents and a safe and motivating work atmosphere for our staff. To support the Managers in the day-to-day operations of the Community.
• Willingness and ability to live on-site in an assigned apartment.
• Prior management experience including operational and financial experience in managing employees, customer service, purchasing, payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
• Ability to keep all business, operational and resident information confidential.

· Hire contractors and coordinate repair efforts on utilities
