Your duties ______

Marketing the B&B using MySpace, Face book, twitter, blogging, and other various media markets.

Check the computer e-mails  and  bookings for future customers every day, keeping a daily log of the customers that check out each day and the way they pay for their stay.

This is a seven day a week job. It does not require all of your attention all the time, you must pay attention to details all of the time. This is a resort and it must look like one all the time.

This motivated team will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Reliable transportation and a good driving record is required. Prior customer service and management experience is required. Must be friendly and outgoing, honest, organized, able to accept constructive criticism, able to learn and accept training, able to work in an office and on the grounds standing, stooping, lifting, pushing a broom, etc, and be a problem solver.
