We are looking for a working couple who would like the opportunity to live in the Florida Keys and run this B&B on the ocean in the lower keys. I will follow – up with everyone who sends a resume. Your duties ______
preparing breakfast, planning meals, shop for food and other supplies, cleaning up after meals, cleaning guest rooms, cleaning bathrooms, vacuum the house and do other cleaning task, do the laundry, do the household repairs and maintenance, take care of landscaping and yard work.
Take guest reservations, play a major role of host or hostess, keep up to date on community activities for quest, deal with the unplanned incidents which will happen.
Marketing the B&B using MySpace, Face book, twitter, blogging, and other various media markets.
Check the computer e-mails and bookings for future customers every day, keeping a daily log of the customers that check out each day and the way they pay for their stay.
This is a seven day a week job. It does not require all of your attention all the time, you must pay attention to details all of the time. This is a resort and it must look like one all the time.

Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in management provided home. Computer & maintenance skills are required.

Reliable transportation and a good driving record is required. Prior customer service and management experience is required. Must be friendly and outgoing, honest, organized, able to accept constructive criticism, able to learn and accept training, able to work in an office and on the grounds standing, stooping, lifting, pushing a broom, etc, and be a problem solver. Basic computer skill (MS Office, Outlook, internet, etc.) is required.
