Part-time position for Live-In Relief Manager/Host for Extended Stay Facility in tropical South Texas.  Mature couple to work evenings and weekends; MUST live on premises.  Facility includes 50 one-bedroom Apartments & Suites and a small number of Mobile Home & RV sites situated on secluded 20 acre site.

Duties: Answer phone, take reservations, check guests in and out, post receipts, respond to guests’ needs and/or requests, maintain accurate records, inventory units, and perform routine maintenance and light duties such as check pool chemicals, water plants, monitor grounds and amenities, lock-up facilities.    

Immediate Opening:  Permanent position with potential for advancement. Paid on-site training.  

Requirements:  Computer literacy, telephone proficiency, good office management skills. The “ideal candidate” has prior hospitality or property management experience and is personable, customer-oriented, conscientious, organized and punctual. Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS!

Compensation:   Compensation includes a spacious furnished one (1) bedroom apartment with cable TV, hi-speed internet + utilities + salary + benefits. Stated salary is negotiable, depending on skills & experience.
