Seeking a couple houseman/housekeeper to live on property in a lovely furnished one bedroom guest house.

There are two cats who already reside within the cottage, please love cats as they sleep on the bed. Responsibilities: General gardening and grounds maintenance, detail blowing/sweeping, exterior lightings, exterior window washing, pressure washing, maintenance of fountains. Exterior furniture, upholstery cleaning, covering/uncovering. Monitor/clean gutters, rooftops, decks and pathways, cobwebs. Minor handyman duties. Knowledge of horses and/or stable maintenance would be a huge plus. Knowledge of tractor maintenance and irrigations systems would be huge plus. Interior: housekeeping and laundry. Salary $1600 per week plus health insurance after 30 days. Two weeks paid vacation and free utilities, DirecTV, wireless internet.

Couple (Bel Air, CA)

Seeking an experienced couple to manage, clean, organize and serve a large home in Bel Air. Ability to stay overnight when owners are travelling to oversee both the home and three dogs.

Please be familiar with high end fabrics, furniture and clothing. Maintenance of all interior and exterior living spaces. Some light cooking may be required in the morning. There is a cook already there to prepare the evening meal. Must be pet friendly. Employer will allow a full time live in for those who would prefer. Lots of entertaining, flexibility is key. Possibly travel with owners to other residences. Hours: Tues.-Sat., 8am to 9pm with a break in the afternoon. Salary DOE plus medical.
