  Knowledge of Site Link and Digi Gate is a plus.   Couples that are energetic self motivated and put our customers’ first attitude are who we are looking for.   Management duties to include: Marketing, Collections, Social Media Networking and providing top customer service to our customers.  Maintenance duties to include unit clean outs, pest control, weed control, light property maintenance.    Come join our small family in Pasco County and enjoy the parks, the water and the best of what Tampa Bay has to offer.

Lovely family in Switzerland need a commmitted and experienced couple to help them manage their estate. The last couple stayed 11 years but sadly now wish to retire. The family would like another long staying couple.

You will be: Organised, experienced, able to stay for a long period. It is vital that you speak good Italian. The husband is English.

Accommodation: Your own 2 bedroom house on the Estate looking over the lake.

Duties: Nannying duties for 1 year old little boy. Housekeeping and management. Caretaking element. Cooking and driving. These duties can be shared however you wish between the two of you. The estate already has a gardener.

Hours: 8am - 7/8.30pm Monday - Saturday. There is a break in the day. All Sunday off to enjoy together. Family travel alot so will be times just the two of you.

Start date: ASAP. Can be flexible for the right candidates.

• The property manager is will reside in separate house on the property

• Maintenance and repair on properties as necessary

o may do the work himself or schedule a contractor to come in and do the work

o repair on things like plumbing, electricity, water leaks etc.

• Conduct monthly inspections on the properties to ensure everything is functioning

• Help oversee services on the properties such as lawn services, pool services, video/audio services, car cleaning services etc.
