Beach Condominium Resort Managers - Newport, OR

Management Position at a 6 unit condominium beach resort in Newport, Oregon.  Agate Beach.

Responsibilities include guest service, check-in/check-out, reservations, office management, accounting, marketing, maintenance, managing housekeeping, cleaning when necessary, event management and community interaction.  Applicants must have a reliable car or truck.

Skills and Duties:

• Computer Skills including quickbooks, website operation, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• General Maintenance and Handyman duties including electric, plumbing, painting,
• Bookkeeping including city/state/fed filing, payroll, income statement/cash flow, general acct..
• Office Management.
• Light Housekeeping and grounds Care.
• Hiring and General Supervision of housekeepers.
