Our Caribbean resort is looking for couples to fill any two of the following positions from October 2015.
Restaurant Manager: required to head our FOH team for the new season beginning in October 2015. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position and have knowledge of POS, inventory & cost control, food hygiene, employee training, customer service and have a strong background in food, wine & cocktail presentation. The position is very hands on working with the team in our very busy restaurant dealing with up to 250 seats for lunch and 150 for dinner, ensuring that all company standards and service are maintained to a very high level.
Sous Chef: required to join our expanding kitchen team, NVQ Level 3 or higher and at least 2 years experience working in a high volume kitchen in a similar position.
Wait Staff / Boutique Sales: Individual with Front of House and retail experience to assist in our restaurant and resort boutique. Must enjoy guest contact and be of a very caring and bubbly personality.
