Manager’s Priorities:
1 Fill vacant units
2 Represent the property in its best light
3 Keep the grounds clean.
4 Be responsible for rent collections.
5 Be responsible for good tenant relations.
6 Maintain good communication with property manager /owner.
7 Check unit applications.
8 Billing,
9 End of month spreadsheets.
10 Rent check deposits.
11 Mail late notices or any other legal notices as requested by Owner
12 Provide Owner quarterly vacancy report
13 Enforce park rules and regulations in a fair and equitable manner.
14 Handle emergency calls,
15 Provide notices to tenants and owner.
16 Letters and newsletters.
17 Attend to court cases that are in relation to Sunny Meadows.
18 Have the ability to communicate well with tenants and the owner of the park in a professional manner.
19 Be available to the tenants and owner on a day to day basis.
20 Must be willing to work as a team will all parties involved with the company and have a drive to learn the way that our companies systems work and also the WA tenant laws required for licensing.
21 Basic Maintenance of the grounds: Includes but is not limited to mowing of all common areas, empty lots and manager's unit, weeding, trash pickup every other day, and continuous maintenance of our Rec Room that is rented by the tenants, the playground and the RV Storage parking.
22 Must have Managerial experience, minimum of three years.
