We have a split-level home with the downstairs being an apartment like setting fully furnished with direct TV in bedrooms and living, full bath with linen closet, kitchen with dishes etc, all you need is your clothes, all utilities furnished. Ideal for retirees.

We have zero tolerance for drugs or alcohol. MUST be horse savey, training abilities a plus. MUST be able to pass a backround check and must provide work history references, along with personal references, no drama, reliable and dependable a must.
