Canyon View Estates is a private company seeking a full-time, on-site park manager for a senior 55+ mobile home park in Kent, Washington!

We are looking to onboard a proactive duo of Property Managers who will serve as strategic leaders, adept at multitasking and problem-solving. The ideal candidates will oversee daily park operations, ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents. Strong communication skills are essential for maintaining professional relationships with residents and vendors, while also enforcing park rules and regulations in compliance with state and federal laws. Additionally, the candidates should possess a combination of strong administrative and computer skills, and be capable of handling various tasks such as rent collection, lease agreements, and coordination of maintenance and repairs.

Salary: Starting $40K to 50K D.O.E

On-site housing provided.
