FEATURED JOB OPENING: Management Couple for 192 sp, 4 Star, Senior Community - Apache Junction, AZ

We are seeking a management couple for a 192 Sp, 4-star senior mobile home park in Apache Junction, AZ. Skills needed for office would be Excel, MS Word, bank deposits, rent notices, evictions, general office skills, excellent customer relation skills. Skills for outside would be general maintenance, light electrical, light plumbing, meter reading, pool maintenance, landscaping.

Work hours are 30 hours a week, typically M-F, 9-4, with hour lunch. Previous mobile home park management or similar would be a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits include salary ($3300 DOQ) with doublewide home and utilities. Current mgrs are retiring so position would be available in June or sooner for training.
