FEATURED JOB OPENING: Caretaker(s)- Confidential Property Management Company - Denver, CO

POSITION SUMMARY:

Denver family looking for caretakers, preferably be a couple, who will be responsible for outside maintenance and landscaping. Separate housing will be provided for the caretakers.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·                  Project management requiring hands-on maintenance and supervision of outside vendors

·                  Providing knowledge and management of grounds maintenance for large and small projects to include landscaping  and mowing the lawn

·                  Provide Office supports 

·                  Providing knowledge and management of construction and home renovation projects.

·                  Additional tasks that may from time to time be assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

·                  10-15 years of experience as a skilled tradesman.

·                  Proven experience in supervising projects and people.

·                  Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.

·                  Excellent communication skills.

·                  Good common sense.

·                  Carpentry skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

·                  Excellent knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical skills, drywall repair, gardening, landscaping, pool maintenance and snowplowing is preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·                  Supervises others

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

·                  Work primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
