Couple to Caretake - Country Property - Healdsburg, CA

We need your help to cover all the ground work, gardens and general maintenance. NO VINEYARD WORK REQUIRED!  Enjoy the beauty and change of colors with every season!

You need your own space, AND respect for the work you do. EXCHANGE your time and talents to care take our organic country acreage -- in a rare work-exchange opportunity. 25-30 hr/week - can be somewhat flexible, but must be available when scheduled.

Offering a hard-working, trustworthy, drug and drama free couple a private 2B -- 1.5 baths, with all appliances, furnished - if needed.

With your work background -- experience in lawn, gardens, grounds or property maintenance, we welcome your expertise in exchange for a comfortable work-live environment.

CLEAN and SOBER ONLY - Non-drama types - Please!

Must have experience with: irrigation systems, and extensive knowledge and hands on "experience" of what it takes from planting to everything important along the way.
Construction trade skills helpful, and Tools of the trades a ++++ plus!

Must be Self-Motivated, Goal Oriented, and have Reliable Transportation - property is not near any public services.

Please provide a brief outline of how you are able to contribute toward an exchange, and when you are available to begin working.
