5 years or more property management experience.

Compensation:  The team will co-habitate in company furnished housing onsite, and rent and utilities are at no-charge.  In addition to housing and utilities, each employee will earn between $1000-$1500 per month depending on experience and qualifications.

Positions available:

1.  Maintenance Supervisor:  Responsible for property maintenance in the areas, including pool maintenance, sweeping, light landscaping maintenance, light plumbing and light electrical work, property repairs and painting/upkeep and restroom janitorial as required.  Hours are typically 5AM – 2PM, Monday to Friday.  Weekends off, but may receive rare calls for any large emergencies on the property.
2. Property Management Admin Assistant:  Responsible for customer service to month to month tenants and vacation rental tenants.  Includes bookkeeping (Rentroll), maintaining MS Excel spreadsheets and coordinating with accounting firm, answering phones, accepting payments and making receipts, reviewing receivables, handling tenant requests, complaints/maintenance requests and provide general customer service.  Coordinate and communicate with Maintenance Supervisor and management/owners to assure tenant satisfaction.  Hours are typically 8-4 or 9-5 Monday through Friday.  Weekends off, but may receive rare calls for any large emergencies on the property.

Campground Work Couple Needed - Northern IN

Indian Lakes Campground in Northern Indiana is looking for a work camper couple to live in our Park Model and help us manage our 250 site campground.

Motel Manager Couple - Sedona Arizona

A small independent motel property is seeking a mature professional couple with no children to manage and reside on site in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. Ideal couple needs to have complementary skills which include 2+ years of hospitality and supervisory experience with a strong work ethic, ability to work independently and a steadfast sense of humor. 

Responsibilities include 5 front desk shifts per week, hands-on management of 7 staff members, basic maintenance of property grounds, pool and rooms. Customer service, computer and light accounting skills and general maintenance abilities are a must. Bilingual and marketing expertise a plus but not necessary.

Compensation includes 2 bedroom on-premise apartment, with incredible red rock views, all utilities including cable and Wi-Fi, salary, nice owners, 2 weeks paid vacation and bonuses for revenue and occupancy impact. Salary will depend on skillset and experience of the couple, and on agreed-upon work schedule. This is full time employment for 2 people with a “can-do” attitude with odd hours while living in the desirable red rock country of Sedona.

Work Camper Couples - Canon City, CO

Echo Canyon Campground, Canon City, CO is looking for two couples to work 24 hours per week, per couple (12 hours per person) in exchange for a full hook-up (water, electric, sewer) site.

Duties will include cleaning, maintenance, grounds maintenance, office and general duties.  Couples need to be reliable, energetic and have outstanding customer service skills.  Outside duties require a physically fit person who is capable of assisting with mowing, weed eating, firewood bundling and other campground duties.  Positions are available April – September.
