Responsibilities include guest service, check-in/check-out, reservations, office management, accounting, marketing, maintenance, managing housekeeping, cleaning when necessary, event management and community interaction.  Applicants must have a reliable car or truck.

Skills and Duties:

• Computer Skills including Quickbooks, Quicken, website operation, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• General Maintenance and Handyman duties including electric, plumbing, carpentry painting,
• Bookkeeping including standard accounting,  city/state/fed filing, payroll, income statement/cash flow, general acct..

Live In Professional Bilingual Foster Parents - Fort Bend county, TX

The St. Jerome's URM Program at Rio Bend in Fort Bend County is seeking 2 sets of bilingual Spanish speaking married couples to live and work in a home as Foster Parents with refugee adolescents and/or young adults. 

Responsibilities include:

• act as a parent, advocate, life skills teacher and role model for the cients of URM foster care.
• provide a structured nurturing environment that promotes and fosters a sense of belonging, mastery, independence and generosity while ensuring safety at all times through close supervision and high interaction with clients.,
• implementing service plans, coordinating with various professionals on behalf of youth to ensure youth needs are met including school personnel, therapist, and psychiatrist, advocating for adolescents, and
• managing a home budget

Requirements:

• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English,
• high school diploma or equivalent
• a minimum of one year experience working with youth, refugee children preferred. 
• must be at least 21 years of age or older
• creating a lifestyle centered on working with adolescents in a supportive, nurturing home environment is a must.

Live in a nearby apartment: working with kids, housekeeping/upkeep and driving - New York

I am a Personal Assistant helping my clients place a couple to work in their home. 

This is essentially a LIVE IN type position but without the living in. My clients have purchased an apartment on their block in Caroll Gardens/Columbia Waterfront Brooklyn and would like the Nanny/Mother's Helper/Household Manager to live in the apartment.

THE WORK:

• Housekeeping (laundry, bathrooms, vacuum, dishes, beds, etc)
• Helping with the children in general (getting ready for shool, bed, etc)
• Taking kids to school
• Driving kids to/from school
• Household maintenance (handy man type work)
• Errand running (drycleaning, shopping, deliveries, etc)
• Household Paperwork
• Basic cooking of meals for children daily and for family occasionally 

The Apartment: The furnished apartment is a beautiful 1 bedroom in a doorman building with a gym. There is a washer and dryer  and a large kitchen. 

Requirements:

• Experience with children, preferably two boys
• Tech savvy 
• Handy with tools
• Legal employment for both
• Confidentiality and FLEXIBILITY
• Good Driving record 

Motel Couple Needed - South Florida

Small privately owned motel on A1A looking for couple to run the property. Housekeeping, laundry, reservations system, maintenance, groundskeeping, swimming pool are all part of the daily duties.

Must have excellent attention to detail when cleaning and  maintenance skills needed to keep the property in running order.

Housing is provided onsite in a one bedroom unit. No pets allowed. Couples (no room for children in apartment) and non-smokers only need apply. (No exceptions to this, so please don't ask).
