The Family Teaching Couple provides a high quality of life for up to three persons served. In the Family-Teaching Model, the Family Teaching Couple and their immediate family occupies one side of a duplex or attached home as their permanent residence while the individuals served live together on the adjoining side.The Family Teaching Couple manages all services and activities occurring in their assigned home and supervises a staff of 2-4 Teaching Counselors. This position is responsible for teaching new skills and managing behaviors to maximize independence in activities of daily living. The Family Teaching Couple’s work is primarily performed in the home setting but also in any location they are in with the individual’s they support. Family Teaching Couples are extensively trained, evaluated and certified, and receive considerable clinical support from a variety of professionals.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree or post high school in a human services, social services, or healthcare field preferred)
• Experience working directly with people having a range of developmental disabilities, preferably in community settings
• Ability to work well independently with strong skills in time management, delegation, follow-up, organization and handling several family and home-making tasks simultaneously
• Prior experience and/or training in the areas of supervision, home-making, and home or program management a plus

Couple Assistant Management Team - Glenwood Springs, CO

Assistant Management Team needed for our ski in, ski out condominium complex at Sunlight Mountain Resort in Glenwood Springs, CO. You must apply as a couple. Single applications will not be accepted.

This is a part time position working 12 days a month. We are looking to fill an office position as well as a maintenance position.

The office assistant will be responsible and have some experience with:
-Taking reservations, deposits, and payments using our Campground software and Hypercom credit card machine
-Microsoft Office software
-Managing a call log of daily calls and answering reservation requests via email
-Customer Service Skills
-Some housekeeping

The maintenance assistant will be responsible for and have some experience with:
-able to lift at least 50 lbs
-basic skills in electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc...
-some lawn maintenance
-snow shoveling and plowing
-hot tub maintenance

Pay and benefits:
The couple will receive a 1 bedroom condo with all utilities paid as well as a salary of $20,000-$22,500 depending on experience.

Self Storage Resident Manager Team - Las Vegas, NV

Storage West Self Storage has an immediate opening for a self storage resident management TEAM for one of our No. Las Vegas facilities in Nevada. We are seeking 2 employees to each work 40 hours per week. Each member of the team must submit a resume in order for the team to be considered for this position. The resident managers will share an on site apartment (provided).

Resident manager teams are responsible for the operation of the facility, including providing outstanding customer service, renting storage spaces, marketing our facility to the community, data entry, filing, answering and responding to telephone calls, banking, keeping the facility neat, clean, and organized, directing associate managers and more.

Experience working in the self storage industry or property management is a plus. Prior customer service experience is required. Must be friendly and outgoing, honest, organized, ability to accept constructive criticism, ability to learn and accept training, ability to work in an office and on the grounds, problem solver, and more. Some maintenance skills would be a plus. Computer skill is required. Bilingual is a plus.
