A small mid- sized Motel in Yakima valley (30 miles from Yakima - towards Kennewick) is seeking a live-in Energetic and experienced couple Management team to run the day to day operations. This is an immediate start position if the qualifications and experience are a match. An onsite 2 bedroom kitchenette suite is part of the overall live in manager package

Basic Duties include:
Registering arriving guests, assigning rooms and checking out guests at the end of their stay. Answering telephone inquiries and addressing guest concerns in a professional member. Couple will have the full oversight over the property including staff of 3-4. It would be expected to help grow the business by attracting local and surrounding area guests.

Skills:
Minimum 5 years or more experience in managing motel/hotel/apartments.
Great marketing skills (to promote and grow the business)
Basic computer skills a must (email, fax, credit card machine, word, excel)
Bilingual skills ideal (English and basic Spanish)
Creative, resourceful, courteous, team oriented, honest, motivated, flexible, offering solutions to issues
Capable of handling day to day maintenance/basic repairs (handy man experience)
Helping the maid staff in down time

Requirements: This is live in position with 24/7 coverage. Other staff at hand on daily basis - Maids, Front desk employee to cover 2 shifts. Late night check-in/checkouts are expected
