LIVE-ON-SITE PROPERTY TEAM NEEDED (VACAVILLE) – PART-TIME MANAGER + MAINTENANCE
Compensation (for team): Salary + 2 or 3 Bedroom Apartment, Salary Range $1200- $2300

Part-Time Property Manager and Part-Time Maintenance Technician needed!

We are a boutique but highly experianced property management company specializing in multi-family and we are searching for a motivated team to maintian and manage a mid size building in Vacaville CA.

This is a shared, on-site position — living onsite is required,

Duties Include:

-Rent units (advertising, showing, applications)
-Collect rent, maintain records, serve notices
-Respond to resident needs
-Coordinate with management and vendors
-Maintain organized tenant/property files
-On-call for emergencies

-Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
-Unit turns (painting, drywall, light plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
-Preventive maintenance and inspections
-Daily property walk-throughs
-Monitor pool

-Other Duties as assigned


Requirements:

Strong organization and customer service skills
Good communication skills (bilingual a plus)
Detail-oriented
Flexible schedule
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Experience with property maintenance or construction
