250 acre beautiful mountain farm directly off Blue Ridge Parkway.
There is currently a house for vacation guests with a large 2 bed apartment above for you possibly. Each have private entrances. Pond, very clean creek, springs close by. Outbuildings. Fenced pasture for animals, lots of gardening space.
Your rent for the apt depends on how much work you can do. You would do cleanings for the vacation rental, maybe yard maintenance, maybe farming for your own benefit and pleasure.
