A retired couple (to split time) or single individual (full-time) to act as live-in building managers for a 73-unit condominium.
Duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring that all common and surrounding areas are clean and well-maintained at all times; responding to emergencies; coordinating vendors; making minor repairs as needed; grounds keeping and pool maintenance; and enforcing all House Rules.
Interviews starting immediately.
Position to start March 1, 2017.
