Looking for a couple interested in assisting in managing our two (2) communities in Birmingham. The two communities consist of 397 manufactured home and RV sites that accommodate daily, weekly and long-term RV travelers as well as mobile home residents.
Our goal is to increase the occupancy and heighten community involvement.
This position involves all aspects of the daily operation of both the communities and assisting the current on-site managers. Amenities include a clubhouse, Laundry Facility, and pool which is maintained on a daily basis.
In addition, the office work will include taking rental applications, rental payments, making bank deposits, scheduling RV Travelers, scheduling Clubhouse reservations, data entry of information and notes into the computer on daily basis, answering of the phone and general office duties.
There is ongoing maintenance at both parks to keep the areas clean, yards and common areas mowed and weeds trimmed, upgrades and repairs, landscaping, carpentry, electrical and plumbing skills will be a plus for this position. Ability to work in an outside environment is critical.
This position is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM with a 1 hour lunch. There will be a rotational on call duties that are shared between the manager couples. This position includes, salary, housing, electrical allowance and benefits. This is a position for a couple.
