Work Trade Opportunity for Property Manager(s) - Dixon, NM

Seeking immediate support through spring 2019. We are looking for a responsible person or couple to handle daily and weekly property maintenance to include watering, mowing, weeding, seasonal organic fruit harvesting and occasional snow removal. 

Property includes several buildings that require upkeep and occasional maintenance of equipment and systems. Duties may also include handling guest rentals and events on site. 

Please be healthy, non-smoking, and know that we tolerate zero drugs or firearms on the property. 

We are located in beautiful northern New Mexico. W/S/E, 30/50 amp site, and WiFi access.
