We offer you:
- $250 sign on bonus
- Paid training @ $10 per hr.
- Weekly pay (every Friday) $11 -$12 per hr. approx. 30 + hours per wk. or PT weekends, Your choice!

You will not be living at the resort you work at! Our sister company owns Ozark County Campground where we can offer you a discounted monthly rate.
You will be supervising housekeepers/inspecting condos for one of our timeshare resorts in Branson Mo.
We hire couples to work at the same resort. You will work the same shift. Individual responsibilites. You will not work as a team.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor / Room Inspector your duties will include:
Consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the supervision of housekeeping staff. A Supervisor must ensure the company mission statement and values are followed, always looking out for the best interests of the company, its employees and customers.
o Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within the staff
o Assist in the training and development of staff, both existing and new
o Prep units for housekeepers
o Examine carpets, drapes and furniture for stains, damage or wear and report as necessary
o Inspect and prepare clean units before reporting them as vacant and ready
o Complete the required amount of report cards per week
o Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure
o Clean units including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks as needed
o Replace house wares inventory and supplies as needed
o Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of storage closets
o Report lost and found items to Executive Housekeeper
o Attend all training sessions and make practical application of training
o Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office
o Willing and able to perform any and all duties related to site operation as directed
o Ensure a sense of urgency exists within housekeeping staff so that units are turned on time
o Personal timeliness, be prompt with all assignments and appointments
Qualifications:
1 + yr. housekeeping experience and/or supervisory / management experience
Must pass a background check, possess a valid driver license and be available to work holidays and weekends.
