Stunningly beautiful, well maintained and private farm in Chester NY  is looking for a mature couple to run the farm - look after the animals (horses, goats, ducks, peafowl, guineafowl and chickens) and maintain the gardens, greenhouse and lawns. And love life doing it!

The Package:
- $48,000 in salary through payroll
- Beautiful, modern yet homely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the property overlooking rolling hills, orchards, animals and the lake
- All utilities, electricity, water, sewer and Internet/Netflix included

Responsibilities:
- Landscaping and maintenance of grounds, vegetable garden and greenhouse.
- Daily care of the farm and animals (10 horses, donkeys, goats, poultry, fish, and barn cat)
- General repairs and maintenance of the structures, accessory buildings, pastures and trails.
- Vehicle maintenance of farm vehicles (tractor, lawn mower, utvs)
- Preparation for each new season
- Vegetable and fruit collection

Hours:
- 7 Hours Monday through Friday
- 2 hours on Saturday and Sunday for daily animal feeding and watering
- Be available 24/7 for emergencies.

Restrictions:
- No dogs (exception will be made for dachshunds)
- No children
- No smoking

Advantageous skills

Requirements:
- Landscaping and vegetable crop experience
- Greenhouse experience
- Able to operate tractors, lawn mowers, snow blowers and other farm machinery
- Equipment maintenance and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Horse knowledge and horse care experience
- Able to drive trucks and trailers of varying sizes
- Able to lift heavy items
- A clean driver's license, with no criminal history
