Motel Seeks Live in Couple Management Team - John Day, OR

Motel Management Team Wanted Live In Position. Small Mom & Pop 14 unit motel in eastern Oregon looking for management couple team.

Our motel is located in John Day OR, surrounded by the beautiful blue mountains.
we are a big recreational destination area Hunting, Fishing, ATV riding, fossil beds, gold panning, lakes and rivers nearby, We have our own grocery store, post office, banks, gas station, Restaurants, Bar, etc. 

Requirements:
- Background check
- Customer Service Skills.
- Computer skills, POS system (Emails,Calendar, some documents)
- Honest, Hard Worker and Follow Directions.
- Experience in the Lodging Industry such as Front Desk, Office work, Housekeeping, ect. . .. 

* Preferred but will train right couple

Job Duties:

- Live Onsite and perform all Motel Operations including.
- Front Desk.
- Managing Housekeeping and Laundry.
- One person must have knowledge of basic maintenance skills to maintain property.
- Maintain Parking Lots and lawn, flower bed etc.
- Take Reservations by Phone/In Person.
- Greet Customers in a friendly manner, Check guests In/Out of Rooms, Issue Keys, take payments
- Complete Daily balancing and accounting of Till and Reports.
- Other Duties as Assigned.

Hours:
- Motel Lobby is open from 7AM to 10PM You may have to check in guests after hours once in awhile.
- You will work weekends 
- Days off will be arranged as well as time during the week.
