MANAGER COUPLE - MISSION TEXAS

Circle T RV & Mobile Home Park located in Mission, Texas is seeking to fill a Manager Couple position to facilitate the daily operations of a 270 space RV and Mobile 55+ home park. This is an immediate hire for an on-site, experienced, self-motivated couple year-round.  As you will work with the public, a friendly approachable demeanor is essential.

Office duties require an individual that possess a friendly demeanor with excellent communication and organizational skills that can problem solve.  Duties include but is not limited to: basic computer skills (emailing), light bookkeeping, accepting/making reservations, greeting guests, receiving rents & providing receipts, faxing, mail delivery to tenant mail-slots, meter reading, and communication with corporate office which is out of state.  Outdoor duties requires an individual who will be hands on, physically fit, and capable to handle daily property upkeep/maintenance, lawn care (mowing and trimming) pool and spa care, as well as the general upkeep of rentals located on the property.  Couple needs to be able to supervise and schedule work duties for workcampers and cleaning couple on site. 

Couple should have prior RV/MH management experience. 

Compensation:      $2000.00/mo in addition toFree Lot Rent with Electric
