Management Couple for Ocean-front Campground and Marina, on California's Rugged Mendocino Coast

Our campground needs an experienced RV park-management couple to take over all operations at our 100 space RV park and campground at Albion Bay Fishing Village on the scenic Mendocino Coast.  Managers will need some experience in all aspects of RV park management, including but not limited to:   overseeing maintenance crews, office and reservations staff, doing office and reservations work when required, including store retail sales, payrolls,  online reservation system interactions and management. Both managers will also need to become  familiar  with most maintenance systems, be  able-bodied and prepared  to fill in with maintenance tasks during off seasons or periods of low  campground patronage. 

The ocean and river-front  campground features RV spaces, dock rentals for ocean access fishing, kayaking, a canoe and kayak rental, and access to the 5 mile pristine Albion River Estuary canoe trail, entrance to  thousands of acres of wilderness  Redwood forests populated by river otters, blue herons, seals, and various water-fowl.

Compensation, depending on experience,  to include full-time salaries and  beachfront 3 BR home on campground, including utilities.
