Arizona – Need friendly, professional on-site maintenance person/couple (Spouse could fill the part-time position taking care of all landscaping) for year-round employment to work with our 1 full-time and 1 part-time maintenance person. Must have basic electrical, plumbing, construction, park maintenance experience, maintain park landscaping, escort guests to their site, read electric meters, familiar with pool/spa maintenance. This position works as follows: October 1st – May = 1st 7am – 2pm, Monday – Friday and on call every other weekend. May 1st – October 1st = 6am – 10am and rotating on call days.
Compensation: FHU site, monthly salary, work shirts, golf cart, 2 weeks paid vacation, attendance at park functions (3 Dinners, 3 Breakfasts, Coffee & Donuts/Monday, live dance band every Friday Night).
