Live-In Couple Needed for High-rise Condominium - Madeira Beach, FL

Beach condo is looking for a couple to live on site.

Couple would be required to do cleaning and handle maintenance issues. We are looking for couple that has 

prior experience in property or facilities management preferred.

Couple should have strong maintenance, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and have a 

service-oriented approach with excellent communication.

They would have the ability to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

This is a hands-on role in a close-knit, beachfront community where pride of work and reliability are highly valued.
