Live in caretaker
Work one day per week in exchange for discounted rent. Looking for a mature adult to be caretaker for 30+- acres of land with 3 out buildings. Work one day per week. Must be currently employed. This is a non paying job. Work one day per week in exchange for discounted rent.
Caretakers house is a1 bedroom 1 bathroom and kitchen with utilities.
Must be able to use common landscape tools, chainsaw, generator, perform maintenance and repairs and plumbing etc. Must own a 4x4 Truck due to landscape terrain.
