A couple is needed immediatley for a well mainteained 30-unit adult only apartment building in Trail, BC
As the successful candidates, your responsibilites will include, but are not limited too:
- Must live on-site
- Cleaning and maintenance of interior common areas
- Ensuring tenant requests are fulfilled and dealt with in a timely manner
- Responsible for minor bulding maintenance and repairs
- Minor electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs
- Respond to after hour emergencies
- Showing of vacant suites as required
- Making sure that vacated suites are clean and available for the next tenant as soon as possible
Compensation based on experience.
