Full time resident management couple need to oversee all aspects of 600+ unit self storage facility in Riverside, CA. Managers will run every facet of day to day operations which include but are not limited to the following; Providing excellent customer service, renting spaces, billing and collecting money, calling past due accounts, manage lien procedures, maintain property appearance and cleanliness and answer phone calls. Experience necessary, good computer skills required.
