FEATURED JOB OPENING: * Self Storage Managers * - Bozeman, MT

Fulltime, on-site managing couple wanted for Belgrade, MT. Valet & Storage facility.  Best suited for retired of semi retired couple.  Candidates must be customer oriented, open minded, professional and well organized.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

** Ability to organize and manage bookkeeping, with computer applications (Sitelink, Microsoft)

** Rent units, collect rents, process bank transactions, collect delinquent rents, send legal notices.

** Shuttle vehicles to & from the Bozeman Airport (3.5 miles)

** General cleaning of facility grounds, vacated units, minor building repairs, garbage runs.

** Able to operate light equipment in winter conditions (snow removal), able to lift 50 lbs.

** Must be mechanically inclined (experience in equipment operation a plus ...)

**  Must be able to work indoors & outdoors in various extreme conditions.  Able to reach, sweep, shovel and bend.

** Must have a valid, UNIMPAIRED drivers license, reliable insured transportation, able to operate a motor vehicle in various         weather conditions, including snow & ice.

** Able to pass a background check...

Compensation includes an adjoining 1 bdrm apartment, utilities, plus salary (DOE)
