RESIDENT MANAGER COUPLE/TEAM FOR SELF STORAGE AND U-HAUL BUSINESS

We have an immediate opening for a highly experienced, highly energetic Management Team to run a self-storage facility and U-Haul business in Duval County. One person will be full-time and one will be part-time. Team will reside on-site and provide superior customer service, creating a positive and welcoming environment for our customers.

You must be able to work and live together and have the energy to complete a multitude of daily tasks. Team will share property and office duties to ensure that office, grounds, and buildings are at the quality standards we can all be proud of.

Qualifications:

• Team must be energetic, outgoing, and deliver service with a smile.
• Team must be organized and detailed oriented, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team must have strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Team must be comfortable performing computerized transactions throughout the day and learning new software programs.
• Team must be physically able to perform office/grounds cleanup and basic maintenance.
• Team must have previous applicable experience. Leasing, collections, computer,            self-storage, property management, U-Haul rental experience helpful.

Excellent compensation package including bonus incentive & benefits, as well as apartment, utilities, and more. Hours and pay rate negotiable and based on experience.
