RESIDENT COMMUNITY MANAGER

Quiet Mobile Home Community located in a semi-rural town near Chico California, is looking for a resident manager or team dedicated to providing superior service and maintaining high quality tenant relations.  The community manager(s) must be responsible and have management experience.

 

Job Duties include responsibility for:

  • Rent collections and accurate accounting
  • Maintain office files and records
  • Enforce community rules and standards
  • Supervise and maintain maintenance and landscaping
  • Ensure high occupancy and good tenant relations

 

 

Qualifying attributes include the following:

  • Demonstrated management and supervision skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Responsible and stable work history
  • Foundation skills include competency with computers including MS word & excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience with business procedures & ethics 
  • Available to manage emergencies (24/7)
  • Must pass credit and background and drug and employment checks
  • Bilingual helpful

 

Compensation:

  • Wages starting at $20 per hour for qualified candidates
