RANCH CARETAKERS. Care for all aspects of 1375+ ac high country southern Utah ranch.
Honest, hard working, responsible, organized, married couple (prefer active & retired) who will respect property and equipment. Must live on site.
Small salary (commensurate) plus living quarters in perfect 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2nd story apt. Utilities are included. Must have mechanical ability and knowledge of operating ranch equipment. Lease cattle on property during summer and early fall months. Must be willing to maintain grounds (incl landscaping/lawns), keep up fences and make repairs to buildings as necessary, care for horses, chickens, dogs etc. Ranch experience required. Valid D/L with good driving record. Will do background check. Smoking, drinking and drugs are prohibited.
