FEATURED JOB OPENING: Onsite Storage Manager with one Floating (2 sites) - Brea, CA

Security Public Storage (SPS) is a family-owned and operated self-storage company with over 50+ self-storage facilities located in California, Oregon, Nevada, Maryland & Virginia.
Position: On-Site Facility Management Team Members (Two Positions)

Location: Brea, CA with a floating schedule including Glendora, CA

Schedule:

One team member: Tuesday through Saturday (Sundays and Mondays off)
Floating team member: Brea on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays 9 am - 6 pm, and Glendora on Thursdays & Fridays 9 am - 6 pm
Compensation and Benefits:

$16.00 per hour + housing and commission
Employee discount on storage units
On-site 2 bedroom + 1 bath apartment with all utilities included
3% commission on facility revenue above set threshold
12.5% commission on merchandise sales
Estimated combined additional earnings equivalent to $7-$10 per hour
Potential total equivalent compensation between $24 and $28 per hour
Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations and maximize sales and revenue
Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues
Effectively sell storage units and complete documentation
Communicate with customers to manage delinquent accounts
Network with local businesses and maintain facility appearance
Perform inventory audits and other administrative tasks
Qualifications:

Sales and marketing experience or mindset
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn
Previous property management experience is a plus
